Paying your invoice

Please follow the payment instructions on your invoice. Where an online card payment option is provided for a NetExperts invoice, payment is processed through eWAY.

Your card information

NetExperts does not collect or store full credit card numbers or card security codes on our systems, whether for our own payments or on behalf of our clients. Card details are entered through the payment gateway.

We keep invoice and transaction records for accounting and support. Please do not send card details by email, in a ticket or through a contact form.
